- Check-In: from 4 p.m. (10 minutes before your arrival call the number +39 338 474 2450). Once in the facility, ring the bell under the stairs)
- Check-Out: by 10 a.m.
- Late Check-Out: subject to availability at a cost of € 20.00

House rules
Unless otherwise agreed with the owner, the following rules apply:
- No smoking
- No entry with ski boots (heated ski boot room available)
- Animals are not allowed
- Outdoor parking and garage available for guests
- Garden and barbecue area available to our guests
Rubbish collection
The recycling bins are located at the back of the barn:
- BLUE CONTAINER (PAPER): cartons, paper, sheets, boxes
- YELLOW CONTAINER (PLASTIC): emptied bottles, bottles, packaging
- GLASS CONTAINER: bottles and jars without caps
- UNDIFFERENTIATED BLACK: everything that does not go in the other containers (no container for wet waste)
